Civil Society Committee Critical of the Rule of Law in Slovenia

A drastic increase in violations of the constitutional order has been recorded in Slovenia, a committee designed to protect the constitutional order stated on Monday, citing the nonfulfillment of the Constitutional Court rulings. A member of the committee, Joze Pucnik, who is also honorary president of the Social Democrats (SDS), labelled the present situation as "scandalous" after
presenting a six-page list of expired legal cases.
