Rupel Writes to Fisher: Candidate Countries to Contribute to EU's Future Image

Ljubljana, 29 May - Slovenia advocates swift enlargement of the European Union, so that candidate countries could take part in strategic discussions and contribute to EU's future image, wrote Slovenia's outgoing Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in a letter to German Foreign Minister Joschka Fisher as a response to his vision of a federal Europe.
