Consumption Rises Faster than GDP
Ljubljana, 31 May - The volume of consumption measured at prices from 1995 increased by 8.2 percent last year in real terms, a rise of 3.3 percent from real economic growth. For the first time since 1993, 1999 saw a rise in all three forms of consumption higher than that in GDP, a government official told the press on Wednesday.
