"At the beginning of 1993, we forecast a 1 percent drop in the domestic product. Sharp criticism was voiced, claiming that our assessment was too optimistic. The most recent, as yet incomplete, data indicates that last year domestic product was at least the same as the year before, if not higher," said Davorin Kračun, Slovenian Minister of Economic Relations and Development, Tuesday at a press conference.
