Pharmaceutical Company Lek to Pay Dividends

Ljubljana, 4 July - Shareholders of the pharmaceutical company Lek at a general meeting on Tuesday supported all proposed decisions of the board and the supervisory council, except for the decision to change the statute of the company. The shareholders thus confirmed the report on last year's operation of the company and the distribution of last year's profit. It was decided that the dividend per A and B share will total SIT 800 (3.9 euros), while the cumulative preference dividend for the individual B share will total SIT 360 (1.7 euros), Lek reported.
