Foreign Ministry Summons Austrian Charge d'Affaires because of Schuessel's Statement about Kucan
Ljubljana, 3 September - Following a request from the President of Slovenia's office, the Slovene Foreign Ministry on Sunday summoned Charge d'Affaires at the Austrian Embassy in Ljubljana Martin Pammer (Ambassador Gerhard Wagner is absent) to officially ask for the entire statement made yesterday by Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, who criticised President Milan Kucan's recent statements about the AVNOJ decisions. The ministry is currently considering the content of today's meeting with Pammer and is to inform the general public about it in a while, STA was told by the ministry's spokesperson.
