Slovene Statehood Cannot be Based on Unpublished AVNOJ Decisions, Says Slovenian World Congress Official

Ljubljana, 4 September - Slovene President Milan Kucan's view that the AVNOJ decisions are a basis of Slovene statehood, that they constitute the state's continuity, is "wrong and represents a terrible political and moral damage for Slovenia", a high official of the Slovenian World Congress (SSK), a Ljubljana-based NGO whose aim is to link all Slovenes, Daniel Starman told the press on Monday.
