First Slovene Conference on Disaster Medicine to be Launched in Portoroz

Portorož, 6 September - The first Slovene conference on disaster and war medicine will be launched on Wednesday in the Slovene coastal town of Portoroz. Participants from Slovenia and abroad will discuss issues on protection and rescue, civil, and military defence. They will also take part in numerous lectures on chemical and biological weapons, and on new approaches to be used in disaster relief medicine in the 21st century.
