Pivovarna Lasko Brewery to Take Over Radenska

Radenci, 7 September - The second largest Slovene brewery Pivovarna Lasko will take over the soft drink producer Radenska, representatives of the two companies reported on Thursday. They also said that the takeover will be carried out with the agreement from both sides, as this represents new alliances and joint performance on foreign markets. This is by no means a hostile takeover, the two companies stressed.
