Country's Sovereignty Cannot Justify Human Rights Violations, Says Kucan

New York, 7 September - In his address to the UN Millennium Summit, President Milan Kucan on Thursday stressed that this historic summit is the right moment to point out the role of the UN and to stress the demand for the respect of human rights as the basic and universal principle upon which the UN will base its activity in the future.
