Haider Criticises Slovenia's Persistence in AVNOJ Decisions
Zagreb, 11 September - Joerg Haider, the provincial governor of Austria's Carinthia, again criticised Slovenia's persistence in the AVNOJ decisions on Monday. Haider, who attended the opening of the international autumn fair in the Croatian capital of Zagreb, said that Slovenia should annul the AVNOJ decisions if it wishes to become part of the European market and an EU member, Radio Slovenia reported. In Haider's opinion Croatia is in a different position in this respect, since it has annulled the AVNOJ decisions years ago, the Carinthian governor was quoted by the radio station as saying.
