Delo on Slovenia's Regionalization

Ljubljana, 12 September - Could it happen that Slovenia becomes an EU member without implementing a tough regionalisation programme? It has been said that this could never happen since not a single EU member state is without regions. Even Luxembourg has them. However, Slovenia could be an exception because its size is that of an average European region, daily Delo writes on Tuesday.
