Slovenia Takes Over CEMAT Presidency for Three Years
Ljubljana, 12 September - Slovenia was chosen to preside over the Conference of Ministers Responsible for Regional Planning (CEMAT) in the next three years, was decided at the 12th CEMAT conference, which took place in Hannover from 7 to 8 September. This was revealed by Slovene Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Andrej Umek at a news conference on Tuesday. He also explained that the CEMAT meeting adopted spatial development principles for the European continent.
