Slovene Delegation Attends International Conference on Children

Winnipeg, 18 September - A Slovene delegation headed by Foreign Ministry State Secretary Mitja Drobnic attended an international conference on children, victims of wars and other armed conflicts, which closed on Sunday. The Slovene officials pointed to the need for psychological help for the children affected by armed conflicts, and the importance of demining, since it is mostly children who are victims of anti-personnel mines.
