EU Policies Toward Serbia Examined in Delo

Ljubljana, 19 September - With their message to the Serbian people to use the elections for a decisive and peaceful rejection of the policies of Slobodan Milosevic the foreign ministers of the EU member states shot the last, and quite possibly the most potent round of their futile attempts to reach political change in Belgrade, writes Tuesday's edition of the daily Delo.
