Non-Parliamentary New Party Runs in Elections With Majority of Female Candidates
Ljubljana, 19 September - Non-parliamentary party New Party (NOVA) will run in the forthcoming elections with majority of female candidates. 65 candidates are expected to run in elections in all electoral units, only 23 of those will be men, the party officials reported on Tuesday. Marjan Poljsak, a former MP and mayor of the town of Ajdovscina (western Slovenia) will also be on the party's list of candidates although he is not a member.
