Response of the Foreign Ministry Regarding Interpellation Motion Against Peterle to be Discussed by the Government
Ljubljana, 20 September - Foreign Ministry has prepared a response to the interpellation motion against Minister Lojze Peterle, filed on 5 September by a group of 11 MPs, which is to be discussed at the Government's regular session on Thursday, announced Peterle. In its response, the Foreign Ministry lists, among other things, the fact that nothing really happened - no agreement has been reached or signed - which could support the accusations or opinions of those who filed the motion. The Foreign Minister wishes the parliament to discuss the interpellation motion before its mandate expires if not, Peterle himself will organise a public presentation of defending the interpellation attacks.
