Belfrage: Enlargement Will be Top Priority of the Swedish EU Presidency

Ljubljana, 21 September - Frank Belfrage, General Director responsible for European Affairs at the Swedish Foreign Ministry, visited Ljubljana on Thursday in the frame of preparations for the upcoming Swedish EU Presidency. Enlargement will be top priority of the Swedish EU Presidency in the first half of 2001, Belfrage told Slovenia's Chief Negotiator with the EU Janez Potocnik and State Secretary for European Affairs at the Foreign Ministry.
