Ljubljana, 23 September - Candidates running for parliamentary seats in this year's elections will be elected under a changed version of proportional representation after the voting system was slightly altered and set down in the constitution at the end of July, thus ending time-consuming debates over what kind of an electoral system Slovenia should have. 90 MPs will be elected to the National Assembly.
