Slovenia and Poland Share Some Strategic Goals
Ljubljana, 25 September - President of the Polish Senate Alicja Grzeskowiak started a two-day official visit to Slovenia on Monday on the invitation of her Slovene counterpart Tone Hrovat. "Slovenia and Poland share some strategic goals, including full EU membership, while Poland has already achieved one of them, namely NATO membership. Poland however is interested in the experiences Slovenia has gained in the period of transition as well as in adjusting to EU standards," Grzeskowiak told the press on Monday.
