Slovene and Italian Police Agree to Co-operate

Rome, 25 September - Director of the Slovene Police Marko Pogorevc on Monday paid an official visit to Rome, meeting his Italian counterpart Giovanni De Gennaro. The officials paid most attention to illegal migrations and the fight against organised crime. The talks represent a new base for the co-operation between the Slovene and Italian police forces, the Slovene delegation in Rome told STA. The two sides agreed on closer information exchange co-operation.
