President of Polish Senate Meets Slovene President Kucan

Ljubljana, 25 September - President of Slovenia Milan Kucan on Monday received President of the Polish Senate Alicja Grzeskowiak, who started a two-day official visit to Slovenia earlier in the day. Kucan and Grzeskowiak stressed that Slovenia and Poland share common interests in integrating into the EU. The Polish official also briefed Kucan about Poland's experience in NATO membership, reiterating her country's support for Slovenia's bid to join the alliance, Kucan's Office reported.
