Dismissed Acting GM of ELES Responds to Economic Ministry Claims

Ljubljana, 27 September - Former acting general manager of Slovenia's electricity distributor, ELES, responded to claims made by the Minister of Economic Affairs Joze Zagozen at Wednesday's press conference, that his dismissal has come about due to poor selling conditions of surplus electricity to Austria. On national radio Korosec explained that he worked according to the electricity balance set down in the economic plan for 2000 and achieved essentially better results. Korosec stressed that he signed no poor contract.
