Four Slovene Students Win First Place in NASA Competition
Ljubljana, 27 September - Four Slovene high school students, studying electrical engineering and computer science in Ljubljana on Wednesday presented an award-winning project entitled "Man Toward Mars". The project won first place at a competition organised by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) among a total of 1259 registered projects created by high-school students from around the world. Radio Slovenia reported that the project is based on the current scientific findings in the field of space technology, while the students are especially proud since the project is completely based on their own ideas.
