Public Administration - One of Key Elements of a Functional State

Portorož, 28 September - The 7th annual conference on Slovenia's public administration began in the coastal city of Portoroz on Thursday in a bid to find an answer to what kind of public administration would be most appropriate for Slovenia. In his address Prime Minister Andrej Bajuk emphasised the importance of a specialised, professional, efficient public administration which observes the law.
