A two-day seminar for consumer associations from Central and Eastern Europe began on Friday in Ljubljana. The seminar, attended by representatives from Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Rumania, Albania, BiH, Macedonia and Slovenia, is organized by Slovene Consumers Association (ZPS) and Consumers' International and is part of an international project of Dutch government and the European Commission.
