Delo Comments Slovenia's Rising Inflation Rate
Ljubljana, 30 September - The setting of records is not always good, especially when the issue is inflation and not sports. In August Slovenia celebrated the year's lowest monthly inflation rate, 0.3 percent. In the next month, a new record is set, the year's highest inflation rate, an unusually high 1.4 percent. This is not only the highest rate this year but also the highest since last July which was marked by the introduction of VAT, the daily Delo writes in Saturday's edition.
