Albright stresses US and NATO interest for Slovenia

American President's Special Envoy Madeleine Albright, who arrived on a short visit to Slovenia Friday, said at a press conference following the talks to the highest representatives of the Slovenian authorities that she is in Slovenia at the personal direction of President Clinton who has asked her to deliver a very clear message and that is that the security of Slovenia is of a direct and material interest to the USA and NATO.
