Japanese Princess Wraps up Visit to Slovenia
Brnik, 11 October - Princess Sayako of Japan has completed her four-day visit to Slovenia on Wednesday afternoon after visiting the lake-side resort of Bled, the lake island and Bled Castle, the sights her parents visited in 1976, when incumbent Emperor Akihito was still crown prince. The Princess flew on to Ireland, the last stop on her European tour which began last Wednesday in Slovakia. Before leaving Slovenia, she was bid farewell by Slovene Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle at Brnik airport.
