Ljubljana, 12 October - A special envoy of Slovene Prime Minister Andrej Bajuk, Foreign Ministry State Secretary Mitja Drobnic, is expected to meet Yugoslavia's new President Vojislav Kostunica in Belgrade on Friday. The democratic change in Yugoslavia has namely offered an opportunity for both countries to establish diplomatic relations, which have not materialised owing to disagreements on succession to the former Yugoslav federation.
