LDS Receives Most Votes in SE Slovenia
Ljubljana, 15 October - According to information from the Government Centre for Information Technology the Liberal Democracy of Slovenia (LDS) leads at the 2000 general elections with 34.32 percent of the votes following the count of 22.47 percent of the total votes. The LDS harbours the widest lead in the sixth electoral unit with its seat in Novo Mesto (SE Slovenia) where the LDS received 42.49 percent of the votes counted so far.
