Slovene Power Industry on Trial in Zagreb
Ljubljana, 16 October - The Croatian power industry has brought charges against Slovenia's electricity supplier suing ELES for ceasing to supply Croatia in the middle of 1998 with electricity produced by jointly owned Krsko Nuclear Power Stations (NEK), for which the Croatian side claims damages totalling US$ 137 million.
