Vecer: The Montenegrin Dilemma

Ljubljana, 18 October - Before visiting the Montenegrin capital of Podgorica, the Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica said he was not against establishing the will of the Montenegrin people to live in Yugoslavia in referendum. According to the Maribor-based daily Vecer the democratisation of Serbia weakened the strong support for the Montenegrin President Djukanovic's politics of idependence.
