Economic Co-operation Between Slovenia and Finland Poor
Ljubljana, 18 October - Finnish State Secretary for Trade Bo Goran Eriksson arrived for a two-day visit in Slovenia on Wednesday. The Finnish official met with his host Anton Grabeljsek, the Slovene state secretary for economic relations with foreign countries. It was established at the meeting that economic co-operation between Slovenia and Finland is facing no difficulties, but is relatively poor. In regards to Slovenia's integration into the EU and the countries' co-operation in that field, the two officials adopted an agreement on the continuation of successful co-operation between Slovenia and Finland in technical assistance in personnel training, and in the harmonisation of the Slovene legislation with EU standards, reported the Ministry of Economic Relations and Development.
