Ban on Oil Exports to Yugoslavia Lifted
Ljubljana, 19 October - The Slovene government lifted a ban on selling oil and oil derivatives to the FRY on Thursday. The government has taken this step after Vojislav Kostunica became Yugoslav President, a development seen as the beginning of democratic change in Yugoslavia.
