NLB Takes Out a Loan of 140 Million Euros

Ljubljana, 23 October - The management of Slovenia's largest commercial bank, Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), and the consortium of 27 foreign banks on Monday signed a contract on a mid-term syndicated loan of 140 million euros. This is the seventh syndicated loan taken out by NLB on the foreign money market. The bank will use about 30 percent of the funds to pay off the past loans, and the rest to finance export-oriented Slovene companies.
