October Inflation at 0.6 Percent
Ljubljana, 30 October - Prices stabilized in October after having risen considerably in September. The monthly inflation rate in October amounted to 0.6 percent, which is still slightly up over October 1999. Consumer prices have risen by 7.6 percent since the beginning of the year and gained nine percent in a year-on-year comparison, the National Statistical Office said on Monday.
