Two Slovene Environmental Projects Get ISPA Funds
Brussels, 30 October - Two Slovene environmental projects will be partly funded from the ISPA, the fund through which the EU helps ten Central European EU candidate countries in the fields of transport and environment. This was approved on Monday by the fund. Slovenia will use the funds for a new purifying plant for waste waters in the city of Celje, 100 kilometres northeast of Ljubljana, and for modernisation of the sewage system in Lendava, northeastern Slovenia.
