Slovene Foreign Minister Attends CoE Ministerial Conference
Rome, 3 November - While the world is a better place 50 years after the the European Convention on Human Rights was signed, the state of human rights is still far from being satisfactory, said Slovene Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle on Friday in Rome, where he is attending a Council of Europe conference marking the 50th anniversary of the European Convention of Human Rights. Peterle will address the conference later in the day.
