Negotiations Between Slovenia And EBRD For Loan Of US$ 32.1 Million

Ljubljana, 17 January - Representatives of the Slovenian Ministry of Finance and the Motorways Association of Slovenia (DARS) met with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London last week to discuss details of an agreement which is to ensure Slovenia a loan of US$ 32.1 million for building a motorway link between Šentilj and Pesnica. At a press conference given by State Secretary Marjan Dvornik and Jože Brodnik, President of DARS, it was revealed that an additional loan of US$ 30 million for the reconstruction of other roads in Slovenia was also discussed.
