Slovene Prime and Foreign Ministers to Attend the Zagreb Summit
Ljubljana, 7 November - The Slovene Foreign Ministry is still awaiting an invitation by France and Croatia to the Zagreb summit of the EU and the countries of West Balkans. A government collegium decided that the Slovene prime minister and the foreign minister will attend the summit on behalf of Slovenia. As Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle told the press on Tuesday, the composition of the Slovene delegation will be known after Slovenia receives the invitation. Peterle added that the deputy Croatian foreign minister assured him that Slovenia would be invited to the summit according to its status.
