Hearing in a Lawsuit against Croatian Electricity Corporation Opens at Krsko
Krško, 10 November - The first hearing in a lawsuit brought against Croatia's electricity company (HEP) by the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK) has opened at the district court of Krsko, eastern Slovenia, on Friday. The plaintiff is suing HEP for outstanding payments of almost 10 billion (47.6 million euros) for the power supplied over ten years.
