Prime Minister-Designate to Be Known before End November
Ljubljana, 10 November - 30 days after the parliament has been constituted, Slovene President Milan Kucan is obliged to nominate a prime minister-designate and send his proposal to parliament, according to the parliament's standing orders. The parliament's founding session opened on 27 October. According to parliament's standing orders the parliament has been constituted when over half of the mandates were confirmed, which indeed happened on 27 October.
