Peterle: Slovenia Will Make Contribute to Joint European Force
Marseille, 13 November - Slovenia's Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle, attending the last ministerial session of the Western European Union on Monday, announced Slovenia's intention to offer troops for the establishment of a European rapid reaction force at a conference held to that aim in Brussels next week. Minister Peterle did not specify the number of soldiers contributed by Slovenia, as that will be specified in Brussels. The session in Marseille was attended also by Defence Minister Janez Jansa.
