Vecer: Bosnian Voters Fail to Opt for Change
Ljubljana, 14 November - There is a touch of biterness in Bosnia after the Saturday general elections at which the electorate failed to do away with their nationalist parties for the third time in a row. Hoping to speed up change in this country, the international community has, under the Dayton Agreement, instituted biannual elections, daily Vecer writes on Tuesday.
