Brdo pri Kranju, 15 November - The Presidents of Slovenia and Montenegro, Milan Kucan and Milo Djukanovic, on Wednesday hailed democratic changes in Yugoslavia, which have in Djukanovic's opinion put an end to the tension in the region and the threat of a military conflict between Serbia and Montenegro.
