Economic Boom Not an Opportunity for Sprending
Ljubljana, 17 November - Slovenia's economic growth will exceed 6 percent in 2000, while in 2001 it is to reach 5 percent, according to the Economic Outlook and Policy Services of the Chamber of Economy (SKEP). Slovenia will thus remain one of Europe's most dynamic economies, said Nina Presern, the head of SKEP, presenting SKEP's quarterly report on economic situation in Slovenia on Thursday.
