Slovenia's KBM Bank to Buy Austria's Adria Bank

After the Croatian bank Zagrebacka banka has sold its stake in the Vienna-based Adria Bank, which is also owned by Bank Austria, Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska banka and the Yugoslav bank Beogradska banka, and after the second largest Slovene commercial bank Nova KBM has entered the partnership, the Adria Bank will have four equal stock holders, with each bank holding around 25 percent of the capital, said a report published by business paper Finance on Monday.
