Slovenia Joins in EU Decision to Continue Sanctions Against Milosevic
Brussels, 1 December - In a move welcomed by the EU Slovenia officially joined the decision of the EU to continue the sanctions against former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic and persons associated with him, reported the EU presidency on Friday. All central European candidate countries, as well as Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein and countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) also joined in the continuation of sanctions.
