Verheugen Comments on Slovene-Austrian Dispute over AVNOJ Decisions

Vienna, 4 December - One should not demand that a country change its constitution, said European Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen, commenting on demands that the EU should make Slovenia's integration into the EU conditional upon the abolishment of AVNOJ decisions. Such demands have recently been voiced by the Austrian general public.
